What is a workflow?

Great question! A workflow is a step by step process used to create a result. In this workflow, I’ve documented all the steps to create your blog post so you can replicate it and customise it for your business. 

 

Why do I need workflows in my business?

Another fabulous question!  Processes are the secret step to building a profitable business 🙂 If you are repeating actions in your business or would to hire someone else, you need processes. These workflows are designed as a process so you can make sure the work is all getting done the right way and nothing is getting missed and also so you can visually see where you are in the process so you can schedule your work and get it done.

There are many amazing Project Management systems available and trust me I’ve tested most of them. The reason I love, use, and recommend Asana is because its a system that can work for someone starting out to larger companies. You can grow and customise it to your business requirements.
